Hey i have had my male fighter for about 6 months now and my female for about 3 weeks and last week i bought a pair of sail fin green mollies and they bred and well guess what are flying about now. anyway as the two fighters were trying to eat the baby mollies i put the fighters in a little tank on their own and now they have had babies. i took the female out as i should and as there are now baby fighters flying about i was just wondering how long before i should take the male fighter out and what should i feed the baby fighters??

Hmm, well for future reference, you should never house a male and female betta together except during spawning... and only if you've researched thoroughly. They can severely injure or even kill each other if you don't know what you're doing.

As for your questions, you can read the FAQs posted in this forum, and you should find answers there. Raising baby bettas is a lot of work.
