Hypothetically speaking, say I get a 110 gallon aquarium for christmas would this stocking list be suitable:

4 Bala Sharks (yes I know they need a bigger tank, but I've had 'em for a few months and I hate to give 'em up)
1 Back Ghost Knife
2 Clown Loaches

And

6 pictus catfish
2 angelfish (hopefully male and female)

sound alright for to me

black ghost knife are cool i had one for 4 year in 55 gals got about 7 inches but on 4th of july my fireworks killed him

i think there is a coller lookin ghost knife but not sure

the sharks should take a while to out grow that tank

hope u get goodluck

You may want to bump up your clown loaches, they like to be in groups of 3 or more.
I don't think added a few more would hurt to much, but they may have a problem with the pictus' once they get bigger. Just my opinion!

I would have more clowns, maybe 5? They love groups :D

as you know the balas can't go for life in that size tank but I don't think they are fast growers, just keep an eye out so you can tell when they get a bit 'cramped'

the angels would do well, the best way to get a pair is to buy 5 - 6 and see if any pair off, then give away/trade in the rest. I don't know the chances of getting a pair in just 2 random fish, but I don't think it's very high.

I'm not to sure about the knife fish, I don't know much about them at all but I think that people recommend bigger tanks for them, check in the oddball section though.

Not it wasn't :p

Could tie the fish to it I suppose then fire it.

I would be a little bit worried with the pictus/bala combo. Pictus catfish, I've heard, tend to be a little crazy, especially at feeding time. I think that could spook your balas, which are easily frightened. Just be careful, though, it'll probably work out.

I got a feeling I'm not but this is what I want for XMAS next week. It never hurts to hope though.

I've alw3ays loved their tails. This is one attractive catfish. And I have other fish in serious need of a new home.
