I have just bought 2 German Blue Rams and was wondering do they get there full color as they get older. They are quite young from the looks of it. They have more color today then yesterday. thanks :D

yep, their colours do come out more with maturity.
btw, i hope they went in your 50g :)

oh yes dont worry they are in my 50 gal. Actually thoses lists are all screwed up. I dont even have half of those fish anymore

Also i have another question, what kind of "things" do they like in the tank. My guess would be rock, caves that sort of thing. thanks

caves, plants, shelter, and some open space to swim

a higher temp, and live foods will bring out even more color in ur rams.

provide a well planted/decorated tank to make them feel secure and like home for more color

right on thanks, can u buy live food. I have brine shrimp but they keep on dieing before they are the right size for feeding.

woops, by live food i mean live AND frozen.

frozen foods are Just as good as live ones. Its sometimes even better cos its cleaner, and has less chance of carrying parasites. PLUS u can keep it in the freezer for a long time and they can still be fed to fish. I feed my fish a variety of frozen food includin bloodworms, daphnia, and brineshrimp. I sometimes buy live Glassworms for my fish too. but they prefer the frozen jus as much.
