Yes they do better with company. The ones that are on there own here came in on there own and hopefully be rehomed to people who already has a chin and with introduce them

I love Mickey!!!! He is so cute!!

I have never had chinchillas before, but they look so cute and cuddly. do they make good pets? I like pets that you can interact with and snuggle with and that generally enjoy being cuddled and played with, are chinchillas like this?

Ahhhh they are just toooo gorgeous !

Hope they all soon find lovely suitable homes :good:

Chins love to get out and have a run round the room and are great fun watching them. Some of the long term ones take flying leaps and land in your lap.The good thing about chins is that they sleep all day and wake up around 7pm ish so if your out all day they are active when your at home on a night

Ahhh really? That would work so well, as I am at work from 6am - 5pm, but don't return home until 6pm or so. What are their temperment like? I really like socialable animals

What a gorgeous bunch! If only I had the time and space! I was wondering Graham - do you make use of the rescue forums out there? I'm sure they'd be glad to have you post these babes, and it might help find them homes (tell me to sod off if you already do all that *lol*)? And while we're talking of plugs - is there anything people can do for you if they're not in a position to adopt?
