I went to my LFS so look and see what kinds of fish they had. They dont have any kribs, which was one of the kinds i was thinking about getting. They had Angel fish, and chicilds and thats about it that i was interested in. So my questions are:

I am going to use my 75 gallon tank for my new fish as I have found someone to take my current fish as soon as thier tank finishes cycling.

How many angels do you think I can put into my tank? Can i have angels with chicilds? How many of each would you reccomend if i got both kinds? What other types of fish can i put with them?

Thank You

any idea what type of cichlid they were? there are Lots (understatement)
also angels are a cichlid so would be ok with some of the dwarf species.

Also what are the dimensions of your tank? you really need a tank at least 18inches tall if you want to keep angels.

You can probably get away with about 6 angels in that tank, but you will probably get a pair and that may cause problems. Yes, some other Cichlids can mix with Angelfish and others can't, so you really need to know what type they have at your LFS before we can tell you if it is safe or not.

Can't really argue with this if you think about it
