A Dead Shrimp?

There's something thats crusty and kinda crushed on my carpet, it's a reddish colouring and kinds of looks like a shrimp. I'm wondering if it's one of my amano shrimp, I know it's a different colour but it looks like a shrimp and I ain't seen mine in a while. I need to know before I throw up.
What do you think?

Yep - sounds like it could be. Though when I found one of mine out of the tank, it was clearly an amano shrimp and it was a very lith pinkish colour.

It may have been there a few days though, as it was under my chair where I never look, and it was all crushed. Whatever it was, it's up the hoover now.
