I've almost been doing fishless cycling for almost 10 days just thought I would post some of readings and everything. 3rd day in a row that nothing has changed. :(

As you can see if you read it all it hasn't changed much in the past few days.
 
I had a spike of .25 as you can see then it went away before I did the water change the next day...
 
Those days at ~8 might have inhibited the start a bit. Hopefully now that you've got it stablized around 4 or so, you should see progress in the next few days... I'd hold off on adding ammonia until ammonia starts to go down (below 3). Just add enough daily to bring ammonia back up to 3 or 4. That's worked well for me twice now.
 
Don't do any water changes during cycling. This will slow it down. Like modernhamlet said, you have to keep ammonia at a pretty constant level for cycling. The higher the level of ammonia, the more fish you can add once it's cycled. If you want a fully stocked tank at the end of the cycle, you shoudl go with a high ammount of ammonia (3-5 ppm's). That way you won't have to worry about a mini cycle when you put the fish in. Check out this site for cycling info.
