8 Gallon Stocking

Hello all, i won an 8 gal aqueon elovle8 and im just woundering what to stock in it. any sugestions would be great. Also its going to be planted

Dimensions for that tank are 12"L X 12" H X 9" W. It's pretty limiting. Maybe some male Endler's?

There are a few options you could take, but 8 gallons isn't a very big space so stocking is limited. What about a betta and a few male endlers? Or perhaps a microrasbora species or ember tetra? Shrimp?

Iv been thinking about ember's but iv also given thought to loretta tetra.

Might be worth considering your water parameters first. There are some lovely tiny boraras species but they do prefer soft acid water. For hard water, heterandria formosa would be good, perhaps combined with cherry shrimps.
