75 Gallon Tank

i plan an having 4 angelfish, some congo tetras, some type of rams, and some rainbowfish and some type of shrimp.

I plan on using flourite covered up by some kind of sand. What plants would you reccomend? I will likely have t5's and mabye some c02. What c02 system would you reccomend?

You could not have shrimp mixed with angels, they'd be a meal.
