7 Gallon Tank What Can I Do?

Hi guys names andrew

Im new to all this but im very keen iv just bought a 30l tank and im just wonderin what plants and fish i can do with it?

i like neon tetras but will they be ok in this? if so how much

i also like cherry shrimp if its possable id like to keep a few shrimp and mayb couple of fish in this tank how many or what would you recommend?

Your tanks too small for neons, they need a minimum of 60 litres. Cherry shrimp would be fine and if you had enough plant cover you could keep some endlers livebearers with them. The plant cover is so the baby shrimp don't get eaten. Asd for plants it depends on your set-up - lighting fertilisers c02 etc.

Seeing as your new have a read up on the pinned topics especially fishless cycling which can be found in the new to the hobby section.

I was looking to buy neon tetra for my 10G but they are very active fish proberley not

You can get a single honey in that tank with some otos.

read up on cycling, and go to the planted section and read all the pins on lighting, CO2, ferts, and EI etc
