5 Month Old Platy Still Small

I'm kind of concerned now, the platy is about 5, almost 6 months old, and my 6 week old mollies are just as big, and some are larger. At the time I did not have the ability to move it to a separate tank. Is this normal?

How big would you say it is? Have you got a photo?

About 1 inch long, relatively thin compared to the mollies, which are pretty fat. I did have them in a separate tank feeding them about 3 times a day though. I feed them twice a day, plenty of food.
I will try to get a picture if I can find the fish. 55 gallon tank.

He doesn't sound that tiny to me. I think one of my Platys is only a bit bigger than that. Mollies do grow bigger than Platys do maybe that's why the fry are bigger?

I dunno, as long as he's eating and looks happy I'd say he's probably fine.

Show me a pic anyway though coz I love looking at other people's fish!

from what I understand platy are slow growing and if they are an inch at 6 months, they are doing well
