"5 Liter Tank So How Many Fish ?

Hi

I have a 25 liter tank so im wondering how many fish I can keep ??

well only small ones. but remeber for every litre of water you can have a centimeter of fish. so in your case 5 guppies or 5 platties etc. but i wouldnt put any more than that. because with a small tank. there is more room for error. because a ammonia spike in a small tank wouldnt have the same adverse affect in a bigger tank

Other way round Truckasorus. A larger tank is more stable than a small one. "The solution to polution is dilution" so Tolak says. A smaller tank would need it's owner to be on top of maintanance all the time. With my 82g tank, if I say "I'll put that waterchange off this week" it isn't too much of a problem. If I did than when the 60l tank was going with a similar stocking, it would crash

The stocking Truck surgests though isn't that bad realy. Only a few small fish. Tetras are also OK IMO
