4x2x2 With 8 Firemouths And 6 Green Terrors.

i am getting 8 firemouths and 6 green terror`s.

im wondering how will they go together in a 4x2x2?

Badley im afraid...you cant crowd cichlids of the same species unless they are shoaling types.

Seriously, you cant put all those fish in a 100g tank, putting them in a 300g tank would most likely still end up the same way.

i have a 3x2x18 and a 4x2x2
what fish will better suit the 4x2x2? the firemouths or the green terros......theres only 6 green terrors at 10cm and 8 firmouths at 9cm

A pair of either would work. I would decide whether I prefer GTs or FMs (GT's!!!), remove the other species, and then try and form a pair from what you have left in the tank, then add dithers etc. Alternatively you could try 1 FM 1 GT (pick your faves), rehome the rest and then maybe add a couple of other cichlids, dithers forming a community.

i want to keep both and i have 2 tanks for them, will green terrors need more room then horsefaces?
