hi all new to this forum today so i thought id show you my 4ft community (soon to be a cichlid tank) well here it is i look forward to hearing your comments and maybe making some net pals

how many silver sharks?how big?You do know they will outgrow a four foot eventually dont you?Its a very nice tank set up.Do your gouramis and tigers not nip your betta?Do yor tigers not nip your gouramis?

suprisingly the silver shark is still only about 2 inches long and ive had him a fair while i know they can get to 30cm

all my fish are being rehomed tomorrow with a nice fella about 30 mins away who has a fish house ive seen it and lets just say the silver shark will be cumfortable forever more

the betta is fine there was a little intrest when we introduced him but now they just ignore him

the tiger barbs are in a fairly decent schoal so they even out their aggression and fin nipping between them occasionally they will have a pop at other but not really

the gouarmis were much the same really except no aggression towards each other

i was silly this was my first stock in a large-ish tank so i got carried away and over stocked but it was a learning curve and im sure in the various species tanks this fella has and a huge i mean huge community tank in his front room they will be very happy in their new homes

never really had any problems ....... tell a lie my rainbow cichlids ruin every single plant buggers!
