40 Litre Tank

so iv just been cleaning out my un used 40 litre tank and then cracked it so now im looking at the same sized tank cheaply to do a planted shrimp tank
so my Q is what sort of heater would i want for a 40-60 litre tank
i will get the fluval 2+ as it has been reccomended to me by people on the site but what heater could i get???
also can any one suggest cheapish tanks ( obviously not compleatly rubbish ones) which they have seen places??

a 50 watt heater should do it

2 25 watters would be even better. A bit of a fail-safe if one should go wonky.
