40 Gal Dwarf Puffer Tank!

was planning on getting fig 8s, but i like giving my fish room to explore and i hear so much good stuff about them so why not, any1 know how many DP's i could get in a 40 gal with a pleco of some kind, ill make a good home for them should be great, tank is still cycling but i have ideas

dwarf puffers should be compatible with armored plecs. for a 40g, i would say around 4pairs. dwarf puffers are messy, so u need a good filter.

You could put 12 in there easily with decent planting. Possibly slightly more dependant if you can find more females than males. Although Usually 3 Gall per Puffer is good.

If you don't want a messy plec you could always get a few otto's they're compatible with DP's and excellent algae eaters.
