4 days ago my platy gave birth to 11 fry. Currently my molly is giving birth. Can the molly and platy fry be kept together? I just want to make sure Incase I’d like one will grow faster than the other so they don’t get eaten

Yes, they can be put in together. If they will be raised together in one tank then if one grows faster, hierarchy is set that no should eat one.

Ok thanks. I siphoned water from my main tank to a 10 gallon 4 days ago when the platys were born. Is it ok to acclimate the newborn mollies now or should I wait till they are a little older. Like is the water still the same or would it shock the mollies?

You can just put them in. No need to acclimate them, they'll be alright.
