35 Gallon Stocking

i have a 35 gallon bowfront which houses 18 neon tetras and 2 albino longfin bn's. i was thinking about either a pair of cocatoo or aggazi dwarf cichlids. would this be overstocked?

Would have thought that this would be ok, whith the aggazi's, but I don't reconise the name cocatoo, so can't help there.
