33 Gallon Suggestions?

I'm having a hard time trying to decide on what kind of cichlid I want to put in my 33 gallon. I know I'm limited, but Im hoping to have a breeding pair of what ever I go with. But not Convicts, been there done that lol.

Ram, possibly? Colorful, stay small, and you could keep a pair or two with some other peaceful fish.

ummmm.....any apistogramma. hrp's. marbled cons. firemouths or other thoricthys.
