Thinking of buying on to home a Betta in has anyone got one of these orbs with a betta in and do they make good homes?

Also can a normal heater go in of do you need a Biorb heater?

I had a betta in a 30L biorb and it loved it! The filtration is nice and soft, floating plants look great in them and theres loads of room for the betta to swim around.

Am I a fan of these tanks? YES but only if stocked properly
