3 Spot Gourami Bloated Help!

Hi

I have a gourami ( opaline ) shes become bloated ive only noticed it today its usualy picks scraps off the bottom all day long would it be from to much food? or should i fear the worse (dropsy)? I cant see her scales sticking out as yet I am unable to net her as shes fast and its heavly planted tank should I treat the whole tank intsted as a preventative? or leave it for a few more days see how its develops?

water stats are fine and im running UV to kill any floating bacteria.

If the fish is still feeding and swimming around normally, and hasn't done any stringy white poo, then it could be fat from food, or fat from eggs.
If it has dropsy (internal infection) the fish will usually stop eating and produce a stringy white poo and die within a few days.
Regular water changes and gravel cleans, along with good filter maintenance will help prevent most disease and health problems.
