I lost all 3 rosy tetras over night from a community tank and I am baffled why?
Tank is neither new nor has suffered other losses recently. Regularly maintained and otherwise looking alright.
24 inch community tank with 1 spotted cat, 1 otto, 2 metea cats, 3 harlequins, 5 black phantoms, 3 skeleton cats, 3 khoolis and 14 neon tetras.
There is a good natural flora growth, Biolife filter unit.
Fed once a day with flake food, dried bloodworm and catfish pellets.
Maintain ph7 and filter cleaned weekly, drip tray wool more often.
The 3 rosies were introduced last summer and seemed to be happy enough and swan around with the black phantoms. Then all of a sudden all 3 rosies died must have been within 12 hours of each other.
Any ideas anyone?
Colin
