29g Tank -- Suggestion For Changes?

Hi all --

I have had this 29g setup for over a year now and I was wondering if I should make some changes. More fish? More plants?? Shall I cover all the gravel with grass/moss?? I have a little hair algea problem, but decided not to bother as it doesn't seem to be doing any harm (or does it?). Any ideas are welcome!

Before trimming of the plants:

After trimming of the plants (1/2 bucket of leaves cut every other week):

Fish:
2 angel fish
2 Guaramis
12 neon tetras
8 zebras
2 algae eater

Your tank looks great now!! I think that moss as a floor would look really cool and maybe add some more rock to it, to form more bridges.
