I have a 25 tall with some kind of grass in it and a kind of moss. I have added the necessary plant food and i am curious if this will be enough light if i have a Aquaglow 18" 15 watt plant light?

To be brief: no. But it depends on what you want to grow. I'm pretty sure the moss will be ok with .6 watts per gallon but I don't know about the grass. There's a bunch of low light plants like anubias, java fern, and some others that you can check out over at plantgeek.net's plant guide. Generally you'd want at least 2wpg of good full spectrum light. The plant food won't really help either, seeing as you have low light, a high tank, and low plant mass.

Here's another link to help point you in the right direction: Age of Aquariums Planted Tank summary

Actually that link sucks here's a better one: Aquarticles Planted Tank FAQ
