25 Baby Mollies....need Some Advice

Well last night i come home from work to find my mollie had given birth to about 25 fry.........so i quickly netted them an got them into a breeder tank thats about 6 inches long an about 2 inches deep. What size shall i wait for the mollies to get before letting them into the main tank and will they all be ok in there as ide imagine it will get a little cramped in the breeder tank in a few weeks or so???

depends on what else you have in your main tank, if its just mollies i have found that if they last a couple of days then they are generally left alone by the adult mollies. if you have other species then definitley leave them in a breeding tank until they are too big to eat.

well ime going to keep them from the main tank as i have 2 rams, 2 cichlids and 4 neons....and the 2 mollie parents.
