Hi - complete newbie to SW, and am only really doing some "background research" lol

Have always been tempted by the nano reef set ups and have seen quite a few at different LFS. I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this type of tank

http://www.thelivingseas.co.uk/index.asp?f...;productid=2359

Are they any good? Anyone got an opinion on them?

Thanks in advance for any help, like i said, I'm only doing research for a future time but really want to research properly after having read all the pinned topics! Thanks, C.

Ive seen quite a few people on here use this and think they are great. There was an issue with the glass cracking on the cornrs a few years back, but that is all sorted now. I would say all you need to add is another powerhead and heater (not sure if there is one in there) and its a go, Enough lighting to grow soft corals and keep the live rock alive so Ideal and the moonlights are an added bonus for watching the critters after lights out :)
I would shop around though as I got a 16uk gallon similar system of e.bay for £70 inc postage.

Check out SH's journel on here, he had a 24g Nanocube i believe. Lighting will be good enough for soft corals and a fair few LPS corals, just no SPS or clams.
