210 Gallon Marine Set Up

My LFS is going out of business. They are selling a 210 gallon display tank (Don't know the exact dimensions). It has 200 lbs of live rock. Three power heads. A 40 gallon sump tank including the filters. A cover w/lights. A stand. Quite a few corals. I counted 5 clown fish. Everything needs a good cleaning but everything in the tank looks 100% healthy. The price for everything is $2100 US Dollars. I'm not sure that I'm interested but doesn't that seem very cheap?
