20g Overfiltered

What would you consider overfiltered for a 20 gallon (75L) tank???

(for 1 Figure 8 Puffer and some Bumblebee gobies)

You cannot over filter, but you can over current.

With a small tank like that you should be able to get 10x turnover fairly easily.

OK, the Fluval 3 Plus and the Eheim Aquaball both give me around 9x turnover, is that reasonable?
