200 litre / 55 Gallon Centre Piece

Hey

I am waiting on my new tank being delivered in a couple days. I was wondering what would be best to make my “centre piece” fish despite loving them all.

So in my head what I would like either of are the Dwarf Gourami or the Denison Barb. I’ve read mixed reviews that the dwarf gourami should be kept on its own but I’ve also read they can be in groups.

I know the denison barbs need to be kept in at least a group of 6. I’m just not sure whether the size of tank is big enough for these?

I should say that my water parameters are suitable for both of these types of fish I just don’t know which to go with.

Joining these guys would be about 20 cardinal tetras, 6 cherry barbs and 8 deplhax cory.

Any help or recommendations would be hugely appreciate.
