i had a birth in my tank yesterday as i was dealing with a major outbreak of columanaris (sp?) i lost all 6 of my adult platies (i have only had them 3 weeks!!!!, $20 gone down the drain) anyway, now i have 20 fry that are still in the same tank in a breeding trap. right now they look happy and healthy but i have been treating them with permix (sp?) for fungal infections because the obviously were exposed.
my question is how can i help ensure their survival? i can't move them to another tank and infect that tank too
anything extra special i should do? right now i'm feeding fine crushed flakes but if they live till sunday with no signs of disease i'll pick up a thing of liquifry stuff i've heard about. It will have to wait till sunday because i can't get there till then.
Can someone at least resure me that i'm doing things at least half right?
Thanks
