hi guys i wanted to know if this is a good idea for a 20 gallon aquarium

4xballoon mollies
4xgold dust mollies
3xfancy guppies
6xzebra danios
4xalbino cories

Well...depends on what you want. Your balloon belly mollies and your gold dust mollies are going to breed with each other, for one thing. Babies will be "mutts" that will be hard to get rid of. Also mollies are brackish water fish, they need salt in their water. The guppies will be OK with this, but your corys will not tolerate any salt in the water at all (not sure about the danios, The Wolf can tell you on this one for sure)

i always use aquarium salt if that makes a difference.
none of my cories had any problems with the aquarium salt.
*EDIT*
the gold dust mollies at my lfs sell like mad.and im kinda sure that my lfs has not seen a gold dust balloon.

Salt has the potential to irritate the cats' skin. I would not recommend it.

Also, what do you plan on doing with the molly and guppy fry? Do you want to save them, or just keep livebearers?

i am planning to save some fry and sell the rest to my lfs.
i am planning to get a 30 gal tank and another 20 gal by december.
but if that doesnt work ill go with plan A.
