I have two oldish 40W (but working) starters, along with two tubes (which are only a few weeks old) that I am happy to give away to anyone that is local enough to collect. I'd appreciate some plants or a pot of food, but not compulsory. Will need plugs for each as I had them wired into a cable block so only needed to use one plug and timer.
