2 White lumps on my keyhole cichlid. Fungal infection?

Hello, I’ve noticed recently over the last few days that my keyhole Cichlid has two white lumps on it right fin. It doesn’t look like white spot as I’ve seen another fish before so I thought it might be a fungal infection of some kind. What do you guys think it is and how best to treat it.Thanks

excess mucous. check water quality, do big water changes and gravel clean substrate every day for a week. clean filter if it hasn't been done in last 2 weeks.
