2 Weeks No E.i.

So two weeks ago I stopped E.I. and cut back my lighting. I am still adding Seachem Flourish twice a week and still have CO2 MAINTAINED AT 30ppm (sometimes slightly higher).

I have no algae. I did a water change today and didn't need to do a glass algae scrape....probably the first time since I have had the tank There is no algae growing on the plants, or ornaments, or ANYWHERE!!

This has made me really happy and I am starting to enjoy my tank now.

How much did you cut the light back by AP, how many WPG were you running before and how many WPG are you running over the tank now out of interest?

Lighting was cut from 3.2wpg to 1.6wpg. At the moment the lack of algae could be due to perhaps a combination of lower lighting and less nutrients or perhaps one over the other. Since it is working so well at the moment I am not going to change anything!!
