2 Questions - Guppies

I have 3 guppies. Firstly, how do I tell the difference between male and female? and secondly, how often should I feed them, Once a day, or every other day?

I would recommend feeding once a day but just a few flakes per fish.

Females have a 'gravid spot' just before their back fin (or whatever it's called) and aren't usually that colourful. They are usually bigger and fatter than males too.

Males are usually very colourful and are smaller and thinner. They also have a 'gonopodium' which is the equivalent of what human males have you can't miss it.
