2 Questions, 1 About My Pregnant Mollie...

Okay, Well im leaving in a week and my mollie is pregnant, what should i do? i can't seperate her, i don't know when she'll have the babie's, so i don't know what i can do to make sure none of my goldfish eat her babies.

The other Question is how i should feed my african dwarf frogs, they are in the tank with the mollie, and im gonna put the 10 day feeders in the tanks, will my frogs eat that? cause if they don't how should i feed them, ill be gone!

oh and one more, my baby guppies, i have 7 left, will be here as well, if i put a feeder in their tank will they eat that?

all the help i can get will be greatly appreciated, i dont know what to do and i need major help ASAP!

If you are leaving in a week and your mollie is heavily pregnant now then hopefully she'll have the babies this week Did you say you have goldies in your tropical tank?

Have you got a planted area in your tank or objects which fry would be able to hide under? If you've got some marbles then place them several rows high in a corner of the tank, the fry will be able to hide under and in between them and the big fish won't be able to get them

Not sure about your frogs, but many fish in the wild go without food for up to a week and so leaving them without food is often good for them. The 7 guppies you've got are unlikely to survive without food for a week and so the "feeder" you describe sounds essential, just make sure that it will not pollute their tank (ie don't put in too much). You could also blanch some cucumber/zuchinni and put a bit of that into their tank as this will last them the week - being omnivores guppies (platies and mollies and swords also ) like a bit of vegetable matter You could try doing a couple of pieces of vegetable like this in your main tank also

Thanks soooooo much, the pet store said i could have goldfish in with my mollies, i have the one big mollie and then i have a baby that follows the big one around everywhere! i dont have any idea why! but i also have the 2 frogs in their too. theyve been there for a while now.
