2 Female Ellioti Cichlids Fighting

This week i took delivery of two ellioti cichlids, they are both female and one of them had badly damaged fins, 2 days later the damage is even worse now the victim hasnt got a caudal fin its completely gone. Im aware that these two females will never get on so what would you advise me to do? buy more in hope theres a male or completely remove the victim?
