Could I keep two dwarf gouramis in a ten gallon tank with my three green corys?

yes. but add 2 or 3 more cory's to the tank then you be ok

If it is 2 male dwarfs then no you can't because they will attack each other and if you are getting male and female you need to have 2 females to 1 male.
