I am thinking of buying 2 Koi Angelfish for a 29 gallon, If the two I get are boys will I see alot of fighting?

I either get a boy and a girl or just get one. If I just get one angel would it be OK, would this be recommended? Or should there always be two?

Get 6 and let them pair off, and take the other ones back.

:good:

It may be more of an expenditure at first to buy 6 angels, you will get more than that back when you return 4 potential breeders, especially koi.

It's impossible to tell between the two until you see them breed. A single Angel wouldn't be a problem either, they are fine with a few angels or alone.

EDITED to confess to not reading the whole thread

I bought three Koi angelfish. Kinda a mistake, I was lucky enough to get a breeding pair, but now I have a third that I need to find a home for. I think 1 is usually fine or multiple, but with only 29 gallons, a single or one breeding pair is prolly best.
