180 Litre Tank

Hi Everybody.

I have recently been given a 28l tank but believe it to be overstocked.

It has 5 leopard danios, 5 Golden Flamed Tetra, 1 neon, 1 Rummy Nose, 2 Albino Corys and 1 Pepper Cory.

The fish do appear to be happy but I am worried as I am new to keeping Tropical Fish.

I am looking at buying a bigger 180l tank that I want to use as a community tank but worried and confused about stocking levels.

I would say overstocked. Also most of those fish prefer to be in groups. Rummynose, Neons and Corys should be in groups at least 5+ Most people would say more. I would definately reccommend getting a larger tank and then bringing the groups numbers up so the fish will feel happier!

have to agree with weezawoo, those fish need to be in a 5+ group each,
i have a juwel rekord 800 going cheap if u fancy that?
