would one of these be enough for a 110 litre tank? will be 18" deep. 36" wide 12 back to front

You could if u want it would give the effect that the sun was in the middle of the sky just like the tank and go darker towards the sides of the tank, however more light depending corals couldnt go near the ends of your tank compared to the middle but this is good for mushrooms and softies etc.

Yeah, that would probably be fine. I run a 175watt halide over my tank, same footprint as yours but mine's a little taller at 24"(hence the extra wattage)

150w should offer no problems for a tank of this size.
