15 Litre Tank: African Dwarf Frogs

Hello Everyone,
I currently have an empty BiOrb Life (15 litres/ 4 US Galleons). Would it be suitable for African Dwarf Frogs, and if so, how many can I keep?

Personally, I would not keep any frogs in a tank this size. If you were absolutely determined, then no more than 2.
