14-15W T8 Starter

I'm after a T8 starter to run a 15"/14-15W T8 tube on an 18" tank as the incandescent bulb it comes with produces way too much heat.
Unless local to Reigate (RH2), must be willing to post.
Please let me know how much you're asking and we'll go from there.
