Bought this from my LFS. They sell plants as either "bunched" or "potted", but have no idea what type of plants they have. I believe Jimbooo have/had these plants as I remember seeing a thread about it many, many months ago. Can't do the search function since I don't know what I'm looking for

I've managed to damage most of the leaves  It was quite crunchy and delicate  If you know what it is, let me know. Thanks!!!

it almost looks like a red flame dragon without the red leaves. But the way its growing the new leaves that are much thinner it is def not that. Not exactly sure. have you tried aquariumplants.com to identify it?

To me it looks like a Echinodorus species (type of sword plant) my guess is, and its only a guess, that it is Echinodorus quadricostatus var "magalenensis" (haha....try saying that after a few drinks) if it is that plant, its a very nice little plant, its like a compact sword plant and will reproduce from runners and spread throughout your aquarium, if it starts getting a bit pale you need to add more trace.

Because of the size and that you purchased it at a LFS, which implies that it's perhaps easy to get, I'll venture to guess Echinodorus parviflorus 'Tropica' which is a more compact cultivar of the wild form of Echinodorus parviflorus. Your plant looks just like the images I've seen.

I'm probably wrong.
