125gal Setup..how Long To Wait?

Ok so the 125 gal tank i purchased last weekend and setup i'm re-doing all of it. I donated the Dempsey to the local petstore and i'm going to have community fish in it. I'm draining it today, putting in sand and other new accessories. After i fill it up with water how long do i wait until i add fish? How long do you think it will take to have the water looking all clear?
