125 Tanker...

Hey all...

I purchased a 125 gallon two Fridays ago. I just need to know if the are power filters out there that can handle this amount of water. Or should I just purchase like 2 - 75 gallon models?

congrats on your purchase. there are filters that manage it by themselves, however I would prefer to manage it with 2 or more filters. gives you extra back up if one of them fails then you don't loose filtration entirley.

As suggested, an Eheim Pro III or Fluval FX5. Or use either 2 Eheim Pro 2028/2128 or 2 Rena FilStar XP3. I have a 125 gallon tank and use an Eheim Pro II 2128 and a Rena FilStar XP3.
