I have a 125 aquarium with neon tetras, glo tetras, platties, swordtails, rainbow fish and some cories and plecos, I would like to add Bolivian rams. I do about a 30% water change weekly, the tank is cycled has wood and fake and real plants. How many if any do you suggest I add. I have to order online because I do not have a lfs

thanks

Can you clarify the size of the tank, is it 125 Litres or 125 gallons? Also the amounts of each fish in the tank so we can help recommend on the species you would like to keep :good:

125 gallons, 10 neon tetras 5 glow light tetras 4 platies, 2 swordtails 1 bosemani rainbow, 1 red rainbow. 1 dwarf rainbow, 5 dwarf cories and 3 plecos.

In that case being 125g, I would up the numbers of rainbows as they really prefer to be in larger groups.

If you want bolivian rams, you could get a fair few in there and wait until they pair off and pick the best ones, so say 6ish, you could get a couple of pairs from that and in that size tank shouldnt have a problem if they spawn :good:
