120l ~ 32 G Planted Tank

hey everyone so here my planted tank , at the moment i been having trouble keeping plant looking green, everytime i get if from the store it looks pretty green but after a week later it turns a bit yellow .. i mean read about plants with iron deficiency and all that so i added fertiliser. but some how it still looks a bit yellow. I 've been using this product hagen plant gro. Can sugggest any tips or recommend any good fertiliser?

What light is that? Are you injecting CO2? How old is the set up?

A good off-the-shelf fert is Seachem Flourish or Tropica Plant Nutrition.

its running 3 X (T5 21 watt ), light and yes it does have DIY co2
