12 Gallon Stocking

hey all... been thinking about my stocking lately and I am wondering what you think of this.

6x Neon Tetra (or maybe x-ray or glowlight?)
2x Dwarf or Honey Gourami

I am really not sure at the moment. Would these fish get along? If so would I be fully stocked?

I like your stocking idea...the dwarf gourami are really fun to watch. They would get along well with Tetras. I have both Neons and Glowlights and have come to prefer the Glows. They look more plain at first glance, but when they settle in the tank the red, black, and white accent colors come out and look great along with the copper stripe.

If your tank is newly cycled (less than 6 months old) then I would not recommend any more stock until the filter matures.
