The 10 Ltr will last the same length of time as the 2 ltr as you will just put higher amounts into the bottle but in the same ratios.
A larger bottle will produce more CO2 but shouldn't last any longer.
Most people miss the point with the mix. The aim is to get CONSISTENT flow of CO2 and this cannot be achieved by having a high flow when fresh and a low flow when the mix starts to wane.
What you need is to get the mix right and change it BEFORE it slows down, threfore once a week. People keep going on about mine lasts this long. They are not getting it. Its about consistency so I would just use:
1 x 2Ltr bottle
either seal the hose into the hole or use a hose connector and seal that into the hole.
1 full cup of sugar (not a mug)
1¼ teaspoons (properly measured with measuring spoons. these can be bread making machine spoons)
water up to where the neck starts to bend
Screw lid on tight, finger over hose conn and shake vigorously for 10 secs. release finger from hose conn and connect hose.
Change weekly. same mix. If you have problems with overflow try using 1 teaspoon bicarb as a stabiliser. If you still have problems, up or down the yeast slightly until you don't. It really is all in the mix and once you find the mix that suits your tap water you will be changing ove each week within 5 minutes.
